Revisiting Some Click Games - Game Review Part 4

Hello friends, and welcome back to me reviewing some games so you don't have to. All of these games are on steam and if you would like to check them out, they are usually free, especially if it is a click game. I emailed minimap about the problem with not being able to sync Epic Games to track those achievements, along with all the other platforms, and they got back to me very quickly. They are hoping to have Epic Games back on the minimap this year, so I am quite excited for this to be a thing again. They also said they had it on the app a while ago, but it needed more work to be up to their standard. It's lovely to hear some really positive stuff from a company. So if you are a pc user using minimap, make sure to check where you connect your accounts every now and then to see if the button to connect Epic is there. Now the life update is over, I hope you enjoy the gaming reviews.

Click me harder - This game has very easy achievements because you can click the character in the middle, but I think you get bonuses for clicking the other characters (one on each side of the main). I managed to complete this game in 25 minutes. I probably could have done it quicker if I clicked the other characters more often. But 100 achievements are pretty cool, so I won't argue it would be cooler if you could change the character's appearance. I did make the character dance by buying the upgrades. There isn't much to this game, but it's free, and the 100 achievements are nice. 2.5/5

Ducks - Finished in 1 minute, I am quite proud I managed to get 1000 clicks so quickly, but if you try this too, please be careful you don't hurt yourself. My arm is achy now, but I would say it's worth it. 3 Achievements, but I think that's pretty good considering it's a free game. You can mute this game in the settings found in the top right. 4.5/5

Fish - Click the fish once, and that is all there is to the game, really. 5/5

My Name Is Mayo - Click games rarely have a storyline, but if you stop to read them, there is a story in there. This was made very well, shout out to you developers for smashing this. It is a little strange, but hey, 50 achievements are nothing to scoff at, and you can get this done in one session. It did take me a while to understand what I was doing, but it's not tricky, really. I wonder what condiment is next. 5/5

Tap Tap Loot - Each click you do = a step forward with your character. You fight enemies just by clicking, so any click with your mouse or clicks from your keyboard. Level up your character's look and hit power with the chests you unlock by completing each wave. You can get common, uncommon, epic, and legendary skins to really elevate the look of your character.  There is multiplayer, and there are 53 achievements to get. If you want all of the achievements, you will have to party up with some friends to unlock a few. It's a good game to leave running in the background, but it has been a little buggy recently when I have tried upgrading my gear. They will more than likely fix this small bug in the next update. 4.5/5

DUCKS - Just click the duck once, and there you are, you should get the achievement its pretty easy. My achievement didn't pop up until I closed the game. It also makes a sound when you click, but because it was only one click, I didn't look to see if you could mute it. 3/5

My Name Is Mayo 2 - This one is better than the first! There were games within the game, it had a nod to Flappy Bird, and there was one where you had to throw pizzas at people because it was part of the storyline that you were a delivery person. I also found out there is a third, so I will have to try that one and see if that's even better than this one, because I wasn't expecting the added aspect of these little games. I thought it was going to be like the first one, where you click the jar, and it gets different outfits, and that would be it. Well done, devs, you did it again! Looking forward to trying number 3. 5/5

Marvel Movie Reviews w/ Rambo - Spiderman Homecoming (2017)

 

Let's be honest, even in my OG Spidey movie reviews, I did not have a positive outlook on the latest iteration of him, so were you really expecting a high rating? Now, I will admit, this is my first time actually watching it and not just seeing clips or hearing it from others, and I was mildly more impressed than I thought I would be with the film. However, I do not like that we kind of skipped out on the actual origins of Spidey's powers; I always enjoyed the lab aspect and seeing what was going on with the spiders and how Peter interacted with them to the point of getting bitten. I am also rather disappointed with how childish Peter seems, but I can let the sly because WHY IS AUNT MAE SO YOUNG?!? She could be his sister with how young she appears! And another thing! Why does everyone get to know his identity so early on??? The hints to the other movies in terms of the damsel elevator save and the ferry pulling his limbs apart like the train in Toby's universe.

• So is this a little bit of a backtrack to the big Avengers battle in New York with Loki?
• They're gonna turn themselves into villains aren't they?
• Eight years developing this tech? Really?
• They made the falcon wings?
• Isn't Happy one of Stark's people?
• Peter's documenting the whole Civil War battle is kind of funny.
• Are we really not going to get an origin story for when Peter got his powers or how Stark came across the video? Really??
• These kids are so much younger then all the ones we see in the previous two renditions of Spider-Man.
• He's just casually experimenting with making web fluid in his class? Isn't he worried about getting caught? Also, I guess that answers the question on if he makes his own webs in his body or through science.
• He is obsessed with getting called to work with the Avengers again.
• You're really gonna upcharge him for joking about your daughter when you just made that comment about his Aunt? Really?
• Why did he get undressed to put the suit on? Why doesn't he just wear the main part underneath and put the mask on when he goes to change?
• That fatter guy with the beard at the street vendor thing looked familiar, who is that?
• Stealing while wearing an Iron Mask is ruthless. Oh it's not just Iron Man they all have avengers masks!
• Why are they moving? Oh... maybe I should've just waited two seconds. lol
• Uh oh, his friend knows his secret now.
• Does everyone just flirt with his Aunt?
• So rather than an actual origin movie we are just going to have him talk it through with his friend?
• Captain America's fitness challenge? What? Wow...
• Why in the world did he just blurt that out?
• Aunt Mae is just chill with them going to a big party like this where there is probably adult beverages?
• So he can hide the suit under his regular clothes!
• Him having to run across the golf course is funny.
• "I put everything in your suit, including this heater." Maybe an instruction book would've been helpful.
• Yeah, I thought it was obvious that Stark wasn't actually in that armour.
• Their little group makes me think of the group from Guardians, the ravagers or whatever their name was.
• What good would the anti-gravity one have been?
• Is beating an unknown weapon with a hammer really the right way to approach this?
• So he CAN deposit a spider and control it!
• Why did we need a full size bus for the small group of students? Also why are we using a regular school bus instead of one of those comfy tour bus buses? New York is pretty far from DC.
• What if taking the tracker out breaks the suit?
• I REALLY think an instruction book would've been helpful...
• He's just gonna take the backpack with him?
• What is the training he was supposed to complete to unlock the full potential?
• I thought Stark didn't like KOing people? Why does his suit have a KO mode??
• Ooo he could get the suit lady to teach him all the suits abilities when he isn't actively on a mission.
• Also, he is very sassy about the suit.
• Oof, now he is trapped.
• Yeah, because Stark totally is not going to find out about all this Spider-Man webbing in his own vault...
• He did all that in 37 minutes?
• You're just going to leave your backpack and phone there for somebody to find??
• He's missing the entire decathlon. Wow.
• How did the detector not notice it and cause them to stop and frisk him??
• HE BROKE THE WASHINGTON MONUMENT?!?
• Reinstalled the parachute? How does he do that??
• Wouldn't it be easier to ease them down to the ground than to pull them up?
• I think it's funny how they say Spidey is friends with Parker like how they say that Disney Park employees are friends with the Princesses.
• Did they leave the suit tracker in DC?
• Why did Capt make all these school videos?
• Why does MJ have detention? Oh, she doesn't.....
• How in the world did he lift those lockers up?
• LMAO Baby monitor protocol. Wonder if Stark will be watching them?
• This Karen lady is too human, like Jarvis ... but worse. Why are they more human then AI? they are gonna take over the world.
• Why did we need such a deep voice?
• Peter is such a child man lol. That guy in the garage was chill though. "Nah nah man, you gotta come fix this."
• So we know he was at DC because of the news but are we not questioning how the tracker didn't move off the lamp? Or did he put it back?
• Can Tony watch the camera feed live?
• Why make the wings look like wings if it's just a hover fan thing?
• Those poor people on the ferry.
• Is doing that really gonna stop the water from getting in?
• It's the train scene from Toby's Spider-Man all over again.
• I do agree with Tony on that. If you are nothing without the suit, then you aren't a very good hero. Maybe that is why Tony is better now than he was in his first movie.
• Why is MJ everywhere in this movie but not actually adding to the plot?
• You mean to tell me he asked a girl out on THE NIGHT OF homecoming??
• OH MAN! Not the bad guy being his date's dad!
• Is dad making the connections?
• RUN PETER RUN!
• I can't decide if that guy is just like my dad or worse...
• How did he have time to call in to his minion and stage him at the door for when he comes running out?
• We love his little awkward friend and how he saved his life!
• Are we certain that the winged guy is the dad? I thought the dad controlled the winged guy...
• Why is that geek from the debate team such a butt face? He can't be a cool butt face and a geek at the same time. That just isn't fair.
• Why were the headlights on the car not on??
• How old is Peter? He can't drive yet? Dude isn't even trying to drive properly!
• What is Thor's magic belt?
• Yknow, he calls himself the guy in the chair, I'm gonna start calling him Wade from Kim Possible.
• ...Really? That is our cover up for what we are doing in the library?
• Aww, poor spidey! Atleast he isn't dead on impact.
• Don't let go Spidey.
• They're doing more damage to Stark's plane then Hydra ever did to SHIELDS...
• Who did more damage, Spidey just now or the Avengers in Wakanda?
• Why does he keep calling him Pedro? It is so disrespectful, but also I just don't understand the spanish nickname?
• So what actually makes him Spider-Man if he just has super strength? He could've been any type of hero with that, why spider?
• Why Oregon? That is like the complete opposite side of the country. Also, I guess that means MJ is not related to Lisa since she is staying... I assumed she was at the party and making snacks just because they were related, not because she actually wanted to be.
• Shouldn't you have checked that the bathroom was empty before starting to talk?
• THIS IS THE PLACE THAT ANTMAN ROBBED! ...Wait, was it being remodeled when he tried robbing it or is there some improper time overlaps between the three movies?
• What was wrong with the original suit? Also, what are we planning on telling Aunt Mae?
• So are Iron Man and Pepper together again?
• Oh good, he got the original suit and not the Iron Man one. I like this one better. Also, guess the cat is out of the bag with Aunt Mae. She is the only one to actually know his secret out of the three renditions.
• Aww, he is gonna keep Peter's identity a secret?
• I feel like this post-credit scene is a rickroll on us, and that is not cool!

Marvel Movie Reviews w/ Rambo - Guardians of the Galaxy 2 (2017)

  

Let's be honest, the music and Baby Groot are where this movie really gets it's high rating from. There really was not much action in this movie in my opinion. We do get a lot of flying the ships around and a decent bit of personal connection growth between the characters but that is about it. Honestly, I think most of the action occurs in the first 5 minutes of Groot dancing around and the last battle with Ego. Which again takes us back to Groot being the real reason we all watched this movie. Even Drax, while occasionally funny, can't help but love Baby Groot and everything he represents in terms of innocence and true friendship.

• Love that we have to specify Earth when we say the location.
• Why does the plant have a network of blood cells?
• BABY GROOT
• I want a Baby Groot plushie. But a cute one. The Build-A-Bear one wasn't cute.
• Wait, Vin Diesel is groot?
• I love that Groot didn't actually care to fight until the beast took out his music.
• I think Gamora is jealous.
• ... That gold tiara-looking thing was built into the chair?
• Their ship is very messy; do none of them clean?
• I don't know if Drax is just being honest or if he doesn't know how to tell something is meant to be a secret?
• It's giving Ender's Game with the remotely controlled spacecrafts.
• How do Rocket and Quill get anything done when they fight over who is better all the time?
• What is Drax going to do?
• He did better than all of you did!
• Shouldn't we have pulled Drax in first?
• What happened to their shields and stuff that protect them when they enter the atmosphere?
• I don't like Howard the Duck. I can't actually remember his movie but he comes off very much a pervert and I just don't like that for him. Not a good role model.
• Aww, the blue man who saved Star-Lord is an outcast himself, so sad.
• Why do they walk so slowly?
• Are they going to roll that carpet thing back up?
• When you compare Drax to the others, he seems slow, but when you compare Mantis to Drax he seems normal.
• So, does Drax not have any inner secrets then?
• Did Rocket install those contraptions to take out the people if they came near the ship?
• Sometimes Rocket feels like he should be more red panda than raccoon.
• Wait, is she the same actress as the dance-fighting girl from Jumanji? I didn't even realize until that little blip of a scene there because the expression is the same as the hair toss thing she does in Jumanji.
• How did he know what a biological being even was?
• Does Groot even know what he is laughing at? lol
• Why does half of her face have a straight line splitting the blue and purple, but the other side of the face is all jagged?
• So saying that Peter is not one of your mistakes, is having him not a mistake part, or the leaving him behind not the mistake part, or the not going to get him yourself part not the mistake? Should I go on??
• I am just not realizing that the antennae on Mantis are like those of a moth... Is she a moth?
• Somehow, the toe thing is funnier to me than the eye one.
• Goes into the correct drawer, grabs the wrong item...
• Why did Rocket want Quill's music playing?
• Even the golden people laugh at his name.
• Why can't they handle all those jumps? Either way, their faces are funny.
• All of this is just so she can say she won a battle against Gamora?
• How do we know for sure that Quill is immortal?
• Can Mantis do these things and live forever too, since she is also his child?
• The fact that Drax only likes thick girls is both funny and not all at the same time.
• What does he mean he found himself? Is he going to take over Peter's body? Is that how he lives forever?
• I wish we could have a show with mini episodes, just showing us Stan Lee's little side quest adventures. It's a shame he passed.
• Oh, the bones are his offspring, not him taking over the bodies of others.
• Oh! So it isn't a guarantee that the offspring carries the celestial gene, so no, Mantis does not have that power.
• Maybe truly loving his mom is what allowed the gene to be passed on, unlike the others.
• WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU PUT THE TUMOR IN HER HEAD?!?
• Oh wow, the planet has a whole face on it in the clouds.
• That plant stayed there like that all this time?? Nobody killed it and it didn't grow?
• The ship looks like a peanut...
• Why does Ego look like that?
• Why does Rocket get excited about saving the universe if he is still a thief?
• Are they actually there this time or are they being remotely piloted again?
• Everything got so silent when they entered the core...
• The peanut ship has legs?
• Well, at least everyone fell on their feet.
• Is that the hole they were drilling?
• Why in the world did Rocket give him that voice?
• Why did you even make a death button?!?
• We have time for this? Really?
• How does everyone land on their feet?
• "I'm Mary Poppins, y'all!"
• Imagine if they hadn't KOd Groot in the first movie and made a baby Groot. They wouldn't be able to get into the core like this.
• How fast is that pillar rising?
• Poor, sad, squished Groot.
• I love that he holds his mom and his walkman to similar regards in terms of hurting somebody for taking them away from him.
• Good, sweet, innocent Groot. We will do anything for you!!!
• Pacman?? Why?
• Why does taking out his father make him like everyone else?
• Aww, that is a tear jerker moment.
• Why do they keep saying that people or series will return?
• Is that one alien guy like Doctor Strange? He had the red rings around his arms...
• Did they create their own celestial being to take over the world?
• No, no, no, give me back baby Groot. I don't like teen Groot.

Atlantis Lost Empire Movie Review

Hello and welcome to another movie review this one is very summarised because I watched it very late at night and just wanted to go to sleep after watching it but I wanted to write my thoughts and feelings about this movie since it was my first time watching it and growing up I really enjoyed watching stargate Atlantis so when I saw I could watch this movie also about Atlantis it was a no brainer. 

The whole idea of a lost city is a cool concept because cities are quite big, so how is it actually possible to lose a city? 

In this movie review, I am going to do it differently than normal. There was action, lots of guns, and explosions. There was adventure. There was hope, there was family. This story is very in-depth. Milo, the main character, gets the girl, and he learns to stand up for himself. The girl becomes queen, and Milo stays with her. For a Disney movie, I think it has a lot to understand. If children are watching, they might not understand everything, so I am glad I held off on watching this one for a good few years. The team trying to destroy it ultimately ends up saving the city and getting riches without having to steal anything from the Atlanteans. One of my favourite TV shows is Stargate Atlantis, and I would like to think there is an Atlantis out there, far more developed than we are in everything. If it is out there, I hope it can be preserved rather than people trying to destroy it, but you never really know what humanity will decide to do. It's great how both the main characters (The girl and Milo) have the loss of their parents to bond them. Their love for Atlantis ultimately makes the city a better place to live, and Milo will end up educating the people of Atlantis on how to read, as it was lost to time. I didn't like how close the bad guys were to destroying everything and setting off the volcano, but it did make for some great cinematic moments. 9/10

Marvel Movie Reviews w/ Rambo - Doctor Strange (2016)

 

There were a number of things I did not catch on to in this movie that my boyfriend pointed out as we were watching, were there any that you picked up on with a second watch or even on the first? 

While this movie was a nice reprieve from the typical superhero and all the in-fighting they have been doing it lately, it is hard to understand how anyone can just unlock this power of chi to become a hero. Why aren't more people heroes then? Also, I know ShangChi has not come out yet as of this movies original release, but are they going to be related somehow? And how do we have dozens of the good guys at the training ground but only like 4 bad guys and yet we somehow can't manage to take them out?

• Wait, is this modern times or ancient times?? Are we time travelers now?
• We can just control the gravity of certain people now?
• How are the buildings moving like that and now affecting anyone in a negative way??
• IT'S THE AVATAR!
• Wow, they almost harvested organs out of somebody they wrongfully declared as dead. Wonder how many times that happens in real life...
• Why did we have to cover the watch? Also, why was he wearing that big watch in their anyway?
• OH, Doctor Strange is an actual Doctor and not just like a self-proclaimed braniac on alien stuff because he is an alien from another world...
• Bow ties always make me think of Bill Nye the Science Guy.
• Did he just phase through the car as it was crashing? No, he just crushed the steering wheel... More confused than before, though, to be honest.
• I wonder if the hospital covers the bill when one of their own gets injured and needs expensive treatments...
• I feel bad for him and the tremors. Is this how he gets his powers?
• That other doctor was very rude.
• So much empty space in that apartment.
• Y'know, I always thought Doctor Strange and Wanda were a thing, not Wanda and the Jarvis body.
• He's really going to put his trust into this spiritual guru thing because it helped that man walk again? Does his partner care? Did she leave him? Was that what that scene in the apartment about the loan was about?
• Y'know, in Boy Meets World, when Erik goes off and becomes like a hobo hermit guy? That's what Doctor Strange looks like with that raggy beard.
• Is she secretly super smart or does she just pull the information from an ethereal realm like a god?
• So even though he trusts and believes that man who can walk, he doesn't want to believe in the things this lady is telling him?
• Was his body technically dead for a second when his soul left his body?
• How does all this throwing his soul around the astral plane actually do to his mental state? I feel like most people would go crazy and be crushed by these types of things.
• She said no. Went through all that awakening stuff and threw him out. Wow.
• "The wifi password, we aren't savages." Imagine somebody actually used that password for their own wifi and its name was the name of that place.
• He finished them but did he actually retain the information?
• That is a very weird way of shelving the books.
• Why did the page need to be put on the ground in front of them to cast that spell?
• Why is he practicing these spells and shapes if he can not conduct the magic needed?
• SHE'S JUST GOING TO LEAVE HIM OUT THERE TO MAKE HIM LEARN HOW TO ACCESS IT?
• Her smile slowly starts to fade away... how would she feel if he didn't make it?
• Ooo, he got new color robes. What do the colors represent?
• Did he just call him Beyonce? Why?
• Taking the book from in front of him is wild.
• Now he has blue robes!
• Has he outgrown his tremors or is the actor just forgetting to tremor his fingers?
• Did he always have the greys or has he been there so long he is growing them? Do they represent his knowledge?
• A staff that acts as a whip...totally makes sense.
• They can use magic to transport themselves through space but can't make a fake umbrella to keep themselves dry?
• Shouldn't he put himself into that glass dimension before practicing?
• Sooooo, if he can control time and the aging of the apple, can he do it on a larger scale and reverse the actions of Thanos?
• Shouldn't he read the book fully before deciding to try something? Instead of saying the warnings should come before the spell?
• What just happened?
• Where did they send him and why? Did they even mean to send him there?
• Are these all relics? Is the cape his relic?
• Smart move, trapping them in those other locations.
• Aww, the cloak protected him.
• Him fighting against the cloak to get the ax is funny.
• What is going on with his eyes?
• What does the symbol on that man's forehead represent?
• That blood spatter on the floor as he was walking doesn't make sense from a physics perspective, just saying.
• Why only her?
• Can he actually do anything in that form? Oh, the answer to that is yes, but no, all at the same time.
• So he can choose to be visible or not be?
• If they can't be seen, shouldn't they also not affect the real-world objects?
• Why does everyone jump immediately to a cult? Are we considering the Buddhists a cult?
• What happened to the guy in the cage thing?
• How does becoming a Doctor save his own life?
• He may not be able to affect the real world from within but he has the ring so he can get out dummy.
• Doesn't the cloak make him able to fly? Why did he fall?
• It's giving Demon Slayers in the Castle.
• See, you should've taken his ring. And now that he took yours, you are stuck there.
• If she does pull magic from the dark dimension, why doesn't she look like them?
• Is she going to die here?
• Yup. Stabbed and falls from like 100 floors up in the air.
• Why not do the time reversal magic to bring her back?
• He thought he was all cool pulling his collar up and then the cloak wiped his tears and broke that tension lol,
• Why do they have sanctums all around the world? Why not just have the one location hidden in the mountains?
• Is he or is he not on her side? Like I thought he was against her using the dark power but now he is trying to put logic to her doing that and say it was for a good reason...
• Soooo, we mentioned the Avengers, why are they not here trying to investigate it and getting in the way themselves?
• Is he doing the time reversal or is somebody else?
• Will people remember almost dying and then being alive again when this reversal thing is over?
• How is the world reversing and yet they are making new decisions and motions at the same time?
• We can just stop time like that now?
• Deja vu for the dark world huh?
• So we are just going to drive the darkness into craziness?
• It's the real-life '1000 Ways to Die' experience, lol.
• There were only 3 of them left on Earth? I was expecting to see a bunch of random bodies being pulled into the Dark World.
• I think he paid his dues dying 20 million times in that pocket time loop dimension... Don't you?
• So that is the green infinity stone? Time-bending?
• The little shape thingy being on all their windows makes me think of the Series of Unfortunate Events eye that goes on all the windows... Doesn't the Umbrella Academy have a thing like that, too? I think the Mysetrious Benedict Society did as well... Not to mention the Illuminati. There are just symbols everywhere, huh?
• So he is going to help Thor find Odin? I thought Odin died?
• Was that Hulk that he took the powers from? If so, we got both Thor and Hulk in our end credit scenes, and that explains why they weren't in the Avengers scene battle from Civil War ... actually no, it doesn't, because this happens after that battle... Nevermind.

Marvel Movie Reviews w/ Rambo - Captain America: Civil War (2016)

 

First of all. I do not like you turning our heroes against one another and turning them into villains. Secondly, I feel like we got a number of new characters brought in that we did not get a proper introduction to, like the Black Panther, Peggy Carter's niece, and most of all Spidey, where is his new origin story and how did Stark find him?!? 

And another thing, I did not realize just how big our Avengers team had grown into; they really should be split into groups to take turns patrolling, or have a leader who figures out who to dispatch to certain missions based on skill set. Also, where are Thor and Hulk in this shenanigans? Are they not considered Avengers anymore? Where is Fury in all of this? Would he agree with how things have been turning out lately?

• So Bucky is coming back again? Wasn't he already back though?
• Is that the red witchy girl from the floating island?
• Can Capt really not wear any other outfit? Something more camouflaged or like a regular civilian, perhaps?
• Aww, his little drone birds can move their wings. Cute.
• Why are we trying to steal an infectious disease? Trying to start our own global pandemic?
• Did he really name the drone? Like the nerd in SHIELD named them?
• What happened to his face?
• Ooo, she was able to contain the blast for a second. Too bad she sent it up into a building and hurt more innocents...
• Wait, is that Tony Stark? He looks so young... who are these people?
• HE IS WEARING A MISTER SOFTEE SHIRT!!!
• Oh, it's a memory. Interesting.
• Why did he cut off the speech like that? It was nice of him to donate all that money to the students' projects though.
• A lady with a grudge, be careful Tony. ... Wait, was he even there?

Gaming Reviews w/ Lilly - Part 3

 Hello friends and welcome to another set of gaming reviews, i really hope you enjoy these because I am loving having the time to write reviews about the games I have tried. If you would like to see any of these played there is probably a video or two of it on my channel you may have to hunt for some of the more obscure games such as the click ones but more of the regular games will be out on my channel if not my channel then check out the podcast as we may have a video or two over there. 

Among us - You can play this game on mobile for free but if you do that I recommend you play with a controller so that it makes the movement easier.  I actually started playing this game on mobile, there was a time in college where we all played this in class, such a great day that was. There are mods you can add to this game so it adds more rolls for people to play as, you can get some really cool cosmetics to dress up your characters. Its a great community game to play on stream. I find that I do get bored of this game but its great to come back too after a few months of not playing and then its right back to being fun again. With a few different maps to explore and tasks to do or players to kill its always a laugh. 4.5/5

Disney Dreamlight Valley - Star paths come in often where you do tasks around the valley to complete your quests, you can get some really cool rewards. The developers are always bringing in new characters and I am still pretty new to this game even thought I started on the Xbox, when I got it on steam I had to fully start over so I had none of the previous star path items I had unlocked. Its annoying you can't do cross progression but I am now over it since I have gotten so much further along the storyline now. You can go and visit your friends villages too so I like how they brought that in, You can also join a group of up to 4 people called a dream team where you an send your friends things they request to help them out with their quests and character needs. 5/5

Fishing planet - Such a complex fishing game, the most like real fishing I have experienced on a game. I saw a streamer playing this a while back and thought I need to give it a try. The first area you load into teaches you how to fish, how to keep your lines tight. It is such an immersive game. You can even look for worms in a pile of leaves to use as bait. You can travel around the globe if you buy the different fishing licences or you can just fish in that starting lake if you want to. This could be a good game for you to stream if you have an active chat and struggle to keep up because it is so chill. I will definitely be putting many more hours into this. 17 achievements to get and one is just for completing the tutorial. 4.5/5

Tower unite - This game has so many different things to do; hit the cassino, bumper cars, rollercoaster, shooting, golf, decorate your in game house,  go bowling, shopping and my favourite is going to the arcade. I have played so much on the claw machines that I have 2 whole rooms in one of my condos dedicated to the plushies I own.  There are 651 achievements and I am not even half way through them yet, so if you do buy this game be aware grinding the achievements may take some time. Its good to hang out with friends on this, or play on your own. There are a few games that are 4 people only such as bowling or then you have something like bingo in the cassino and you can have so many people playing that. I am sure there is something on this game you will enjoy. 5/5

Marvel Reviews w/ Rambo - Jessica Jones Season 1 (2015)

 

While not a bad show, I am very disappointed to find out that the entire reason we spent 13 episodes trying to follow this man, took herself out of the equation before the job could be finished. On top of the fact that it took one final episode to actually track him down and snap his neck in a quick, seemingly effortless motion. THIRTEEN EPISODES PEOPLE. And not just like 30-minute episodes. No. Full hour episodes that, if aired on live television wouldve ended up being at least 90-minutes because of ads. Which means it would've felt like you were watching a movie with potty breaks preinstalled. And now what? Now she is just going to have her super strength power out in the open? The world is going to try to take advantage of her, again, technically, according to this show, she almost became an avenger once already, as it is. So, again, while not a bad show, and it has decent chemistry between the cast members, it feels very drawn out and a little unfufilling because of how drawn out it is.

• How did that not go into his eye and suck the liquid out of his eye? Actually, scratch that, how does going through the eye allow you to extract spinal fluid? Or did she say cranial fluid? I don't even remember at this point.
• THEY USED THE FETUS TO MAKE HIM STRONGER??
• I'm not gonna lie, I was super confused by the random music cutting in and out at first, had to pause the show while it was going in order for me to actually figure out it was the show.
• He said goodbye to her, does that mean he no longer cares to keep her alive?
• What is Patsy going to do to help stop them from fighting?
• Uh oh, she lost her headphones.
• I really hope that Jessica and Patsy have some secret thing going on right now and that she isn't actually going to go with him.
• I LOVED how she looked over his shoulder at Patsy when she said 'I Love You'.
• It was that easy to snap his neck and it took us 13 hours to get to this point?!?!?!?! Wow. Just wow.
• They all want her to be their personal body guard/hit for hire.

Marvel Reviews w/ Rambo - Antman (2015)

 

The concept of the movie and the suit is very cool. The use of the disks to make other objects bigger or smaller is also a fun notion that adds to the power until we end up using it on the Hulk and end up with King Kong on our hands. I think the biggest thing I disliked about this film is that it seemed like we didn't actually have much story to it. The entire plot of the film was revealed in that flashback to the 80s with Howard Stark and the original concept of the suits. Beyond that, it was just a very slow draw out of plotting to steal the technology back before it ended up in the wrong hands. That in itself feels like an overplayed plot, especially with Stark Technologies at the center of the Marvel Universe.

• Stark is involved in Ant-Man too?? He just rules the world at this point!
• Why is there Spanish music? I thought the Ant-Man actor was white?
• Ant-Man was a criminal?
• Wait so Ant-Man existed before the super hero Ant-Man?
• The yellow jacket? Like the Wasp? I thought that was the second movie...
• Is this supposed to be an advertisement for why the Yellow Jacket suit is helpful or that it should be destroyed? Because honestly it seems helpful until you realize it can be used against you too. Maybe we shouldn't be making advances for war and instead just work on medical advances to help people live healthy lives.
• Shouldn't they have some type of court order in place that he is allowed to see his daughter on certain days?
• I know the world is seemingly against him but I thought he wanted to do better by his daughter? Why is he falling back on being a criminal again?
• Granted I doubt it would actually work that way but he came off very smart with how he recovered that print from the door knob.
• Isn't it going to be obvious somebody broke into the safe if you drill into it or damage it with the freezing? I thought we wanted it to look like an inside job.
• Y'know, thats a pretty high tech and modern looking suit for it being from the 80s.
• Does pressing the buttons use up the serem in the vials?
• He broke the tile? In that little suit?
• He's just breaking everything! The tile, the vacuum, the glass, the car.
• How did the guy with the suit learn about the new Ant-Man though? Like obviously he plotted him getting the suit but how did he know he existed and would be a good fit for this?
• HE WANTED SCOTT TO STEAL IT!
• How can we be sure they don't have the research baked up somewhere? How can we know that they haven't sold it to somebody else yet?
• So if she has trained for this, why are we so against her being the Ant-Man? Just because she is in too close to the person?
• All of this is happening over a matter of days?
• There was more than one Ant-Man suit?
• Falcon has some good vision huh?
• So if the Avengers have the Yellow Jacket Suit, why haven't they used it?
• And will he get a profit of these 15 million in sales? lol
• That was a very close call with the lasers. The whole thing was a trap to get the original suit though. Sadge.

• How DID he get the shrinking tech to work with the tank?
• THIS WAS NEVER JUST A HEIST.
• I love the little bloop of the tiny human hitting and emerging from water.
• Nice hit!
• Going after the kids is always just so messed up.
• Okay but like while he did indeed go smaller than an ant, I would not consider the size he went to at first as molecular because he was still as big as the electronic components. It wasn't until after the Yellow Jacket suit exploded that he went even smaller.
• So who is going to go catch the giant ant?
• And now he is going to spend the rest of his life thinking he can go save his wife by going subatomic.
• NOBODY NOTICES THE GIANT ANT UNDER THE TABLE?
• Literally all that could have just been a text saying that the Falcon was looking for him...
• Wow, somebody is pretty conceited, thinking they deserve the power suit just because they were born into the family. That is like royals assuming they deserve to rule because they are born royal. You should work for it. Not everyone is suited to be a ruler. Just as not everyone is suited to be a superhero.
• That is why he is searching for Ant-Man? To put him inside of the Winter Soldier?

Marvel Reviews w/ Rambo - Avengers Age of Ultron (2015)

 

Not their worst movie, not their best. It has its moments. I just find it really hard to understand how we get this metal man that seems like he should be in the Transformers universe instead of the Marvels verse. It also seemed that while there were some decent fight scenes that provided us with action-packed moments, the fighting was overall just meh. I much prefer the hand-to-hand combat we see in the original Captain America or in some of the TV shows that Marvel has produced. I am also not super sure of what to make of the end credits scene. I know, being from way after this movie releases, who that person is meant to be and the outcome of his actions, but the line he delivers in those 30 seconds doesn't show his connection to the things that have happened thus far in the verse. What are we trying to accomplish, and who is actually causing these things to occur?

• Ooo, a shield on the house, interesting.
• And Jarvis can talk to all of them from the plane? Wild.
• "Why are they lining up?" "They are excited"
• Are the watch your language comments because Disney?
• The little yay from Tony for the secret door was cute.
• Are the enhanced those that had the Capt serum put into them or people who have powers because of the caterpillar stuff? Or people with powers like Skye from SHIELD.
• Oof, the Avengers are down. No bueno.
• So, is there only one of these sceptors? Does it go back and forth between the Avengers and in protective S.H.I.E.L.D. custody?
• It's kind of cute how Tony and Hulk are buddies and science geek lab partners.
• Oh, Ultron is a straight-up bot? That makes sense why the name sounds like a Transformer villain. I thought it was a person or an alien from another planet.
• So is Ultron from the sceptor?
• War Machine looks like he lost weight. He looks smaller. And not in a good way.
• He did try warning them it was not something they could handle.
• "You're not worthy."
• Ultron thinks they are all killers?
• HE KILLED JARVIS?!?
• Doesn't that make him a killer too?
• That was a horrible slide.

• What type of evolution does Ultron expect humans to go through? Why does he think the Avengers need to go extinct?

• So if the Green Arrow stuck a zappie device on her brain, how are they all still being manipulated?

• Stark apologizing and sounding like he means it?!? What happened to him?!?

• Ultron wants to be human?
• What in the world did he just do to her?
• Why can't you have that? You hold it in until necessary, so just hold it in forever.

• Lol the scientists are fangirling over Stark and sneaking pictures with him.
• Is Thor seeing the future and the solution on how to stop Ultron?
• Did she just stop the mind control on the scientist lady?
• Is his cognitive functions split between the two bodies now or is it duplicated?
• I'm surprised the cars are still driving behind them with the trailer doors blown off like that.
• Ultron treats them like they are children.
• If they could make the trailer fly, why wouldn't they have just done that to begin with instead of driving it on the highway?
• Wait, what was the point of blowing up the flying trailer if you are taking the package out of it?
• Look at the two newbies helping save the people from the train derailment.
• So he wants to put Jarvis into the meat suit? Can we make him look like Alfred?
• Why are they so against Tony putting Jarvis into the meat suit? It's not Ultron; Jarvis is better. They all like Jarvis as he is now, let him have a meat suit!
• Okay, so like Thor provided the power to the tank, but how did that finish the upload?
• This meat suit is not looking very meaty; it looks more like a Barbie doll.
• Did he just make his own clothes?
• So Jarvis is worthy and the rest of them are not, wonder if the power of the hammer bringing him to life is what makes him worthy.
• Can Ultron sense that his extra body is gone now? Is he going to be weaker since he uploaded himself into the body? Could he take over control of the meat suit since he is part of it?
• Who the heck is this female wanna be Jarvis voice talking to Tony?
• Wait, so she can see the future, mess with people's minds, AND make a shield to deflect bullets?
• Why is the wanna-be Jarvis named after a day of the week??
• Why only take half of the city? Why not take the whole city or none of the city?
• Okay Megatron. Go back to your own franchise.
• Did you just change voices for our wanna-be Jarvis? Hate this one even more! It's like you took the Black Widow actress's voice and made it robotic.
• And how are you going to get back up while holding her? Okay macho man, never mind.
• So Avengers softball team when?
• So tell me again what the red power actually is?
• "All clear." "We are not clear! We are very NOT clear!!"
• And now she sounds like a Viking. MAKE UP MY MIND!
• I don't understand, is he or is he not dead? And is he or is he not in charge of S.H.I.E.L.D.?
• I agree, this is definitely what S.H.I.E.L.D. is supposed to be. Not them fighting to take out the aliens, and not them trying to make new aliens. Using what we have to help protect the people of Earth.
• Where was War Machine throughout all this? Why is he showing up now?
• I feel like this new Friday voice has more emotional inflection in her tone than Jarvis had.
• Where did Ultron get all these bots from?!?
• Don't get me wrong, it's a good action-packed fight right here and everyone is coordinated, but it just feels meh. Y'know?
• ...Meat suit can use the stone in his forehead to make a laser?
• I don't think War Machine liked the Meat Suit taking over his task.
• That conversation is far too casual for driving around a floating rock that is about to come plummeting back down to the ground and cause mass destruction.
• Hawkeye better not die trying to save that kid.
• So, whatever happened to Hulk's original scientist girlfriend? Does she know he has a thing for Black Widow now instead?
• Aww, Speed Lightning saved Hawkeye and the kid. His sister seemed to know instantly, which is crazy.
• Why does Ultron care so much about whether Red Vapor Lady lives or dies but not the rest of humanity? Did he have a thing for her? Is that why she ends up with Vision?
• How were all those people not having trouble breathing from that high up in the sky????
• Guess Hulk doesn't want to be found.
• HE SURVIVED?!?
• What are they building now???
• So that yellow stone is an infinity stone ... specifically the fourth. That means there is only one more left for us to mind, but also it means JARVIS MUST DIE TO THANOS AND I DON'T LIKE THAT.
• We did not see or hear from Pepper this entire movie. Sadge. Hope they are still together.
• So we have three generations of Avengers? Because I don't think these guys are the Thunderbolts that we got in recent years after this movie was released...
• Do what yourself?!? WHAT WERE YOU TRYING TO GET THEM TO DO??

Marvel Reviews w/ Rambo - Daredevil Season 1 (2015)

 

Overall, not a bad start to the series. I do like that we are getting a lot of information as we progress, about the history of our characters, which provides us with insight as to why they are making the choices that they are. I will say, though, the 2003 movie did a much better job in making us aware of the powers that showed in our hero from an early age. The show almost made it seem like he grew into and enhanced the powers as time progressed. I do wish they had done a better job of making him appear as though he were blind. I know that he became blind later rather than being born blind, but there should still be some type of discoloration in his eyes, shouldn't there be? On a similar note, I do appreciate the amount of effort they put into having him use the technology that an actual blind individual would interact with.

• This is a long talk with the priest... was this necessary?
• Only a $1k per person? Man, a parent spends 300k on a kid by the time they are 18, you can atleast get 10 times what you did by stealing them away. God knows the person that buys them is going to make even more off them.
• Why do we assume the moan is somebody else in bed rather than just him stretching.
• I'm sorry he has been practicing law for 7 hours? They didn't work anywhere before hand?
• Why are they trying to take out this poor girl in her cell like that?
• Do you think the actor struggled to not look at people and stuff when talking without the glasses on?
• Wow, his other senses really are enhanced.

• Wait, is this our Daredevil guy or somebody else?

• Ooo we haven't seen our dock lady in a little bit, nice to see she didn't just disappear.

• Having a previous boss named McClintock and a current boss named Murdock is not very helpful when you are going to try saying one of them OD'd on pills and I mix up the two names...
• He is very soft-spoken, and it is a little weird, considering she speaks at a normal volume and her voice reverberates.
• So he can speak at a normal volume! Why does he keep going back and forth?
• Why is he complaining? They have money now, don't they? Can't he decorate the office?
• Not him throwing his blind walker thing in the trash. What are those things called, actually? Because I almost said crutch, but it's definitely not that. Is it considered a cane?
• Why is she sketching the bidders? They could just be completely random people.
• Why does he absentmindedly touch the pin like that?
• She has adapted to him being part of her life very quickly. She knew he would come to save her and that it was him who turned out the lights. I am also astonished that she managed to think to maneuver to get her hands free like that.

• He is slick, that is for sure. But she also very clearly wanted him to be romantically involved in her life from that first day they met.

• Y'know, sometimes Baldie comes off as a normal man just trying to live his life. And then he goes and has to make a call like those buildings going kaboom, and you realize he's an actual threat.
• Aww, big boss man was just an innocent child forced to do bad things.
• What is the significance of the Black Sky?
• Fisk's father ran for election? And his mom was past due on expenses to the company he now owns? My, how things have changed.
• Where does Froggy get his lingo from???
• Wow, he was really going to take out his own partner.
• Wow, I thought the bully was going to be a little kid that matched his son's stature, not a full-grown teen/adult. 
• It almost feels like Baldie doesn't want to be a bad guy and blames his dad.
• Of course she speaks english dummy! How else would she understand you without a translator?

• Their bond in college is very cute and sincere, and the fact that his friend is now hating him for not telling him about being a vigilante is very sad.
• So who does Baldie have in this old folks' home?
• Is it going to be his friend who designs his suit?

• In this moment, giving that speech, I start to think that Baldie should be a Gotham badguy with the ice guy and the penguin man.

• Wow. Little Nurse pushed back on Baldie and refused to let him in. She has guts. She will be dead by morning.
