It is important to get things done; most people call it being responsible and being an adult. Some tasks that you do can be regular daily chores like laundry or taking out the trash, other tasks can be things like making thumbnails for content online, leisurely items like hanging out with loved ones or catching up on shows; it is all productivity.
I posted recently about list making and if it actually works, but sometimes making the list isn't the only thing you need to do. Sometimes you need to find somebody to help hold you accountable. Preferably somebody who is also trying to get things done, so that you aren't envious of the fun they are having.
This can prove very beneficial for keeping you on track to keep marking off them items on your list. Of course, at some point, you are going to have completed so much that you think it is time to take a break, and that is also okay.
Taking breaks is going to help keep you refreshed and help you keep up your energy to get more items done.
I like to do a rotation of one to two hours of productivity and then 15 to 30 minutes of relaxation.
Eventually, you will work through enough of your to-do list that you will feel like you got something done with your day.
Or, y'know, you could just keep letting your to-do list build up.
